Results of the 2017 customer satisfaction survey

At the end of last year, our customers were once again asked for their opinion on the quality of our management, the quality of our product and the value we provide on a daily basis. We would like to thank all the customers who participated by providing valuable information, comments and suggestions.

We have received responses from 28 customers, which together account for more than 60% of sales.

It should be noted that all the attributes evaluated have improved compared to the results of 2015, grouped in the 3 areas of the survey:
